Monday: Easy Peasy Taco Soup (made with ground Turkey), sliced veggie platter
Tuesday: Rosemary Fried Chicken, Green Salad, Roasted Potatoes
Wednesday: Roasted Salmon with Spicy Califlower, Roasted Asparagus with Lemon
Thursday: Crock-pot Creole Chicken, Brown Rice, Grilled Summer Squash & Zuchinni
Friday: Home-made Sliders, Green Salad, Baked Sweet Potato French Fries, Mini Milk Shakes
Saturday: Chicken Nachos with Black Beans and Guacamole, Lettuce Wedge Salad
Also, I found a recipe for Donut Muffins that I'm going to try on Saturday morning, I'll let you know how they turn out...
