Three years ago I gave birth to my little froggie baby. My, what large eyes he had...


And now, well, he's a little boy (unless you ask him and then he'll try and convince you that he's a grown-up). I teased him yesterday about getting a barbie for his birthday. Apparently those are for girls, he wants a hero. And a gun shaped like a swirly... {don't know what that means}.

The other day Mia was sitting at the kitchen island looking at some candles that we had lit. She said, "Mommy, I a grown-up" then proceeded to ask, "Can I blow candles out?" It is amazing to get a glimpse into what these munchkins are scheming in their little brains!

Ethan has a gun that shoots a plastic disk that swirls and flies like a helicopter. Maybe that is what he is talking about
