And we're off, folks. We're headed down to the deep south. I'm excited for some authentic Cajun cooking- I'm certainly going to try some real shrimp gumbo. We are headed back to the south too but not as deep as you. In fact we will be moving back to a little oasis called Chapel Hill which really isn't the south but you still get good bbq and well mannered kids. Ya'll come down and see now 'hear!
