My sewing machine- my BRAND NEW sewing machine- got "sick" and had to go to the appliance doctor. I used it twice and then it quit on me, kaput, just like that. I'm starting to feel a little antsy because I have loads of ideas for homemade Christmas gifts, and I want to get started on them...dolls, aprons, things to be appliqued. So many ideas just waiting to become realities. Maybe I should have picked up on knitting. No servicing required there...

why yes, it is my little creation made in photoshop... man how i love my adobe softwares.

Kat, Cliff says you should have bought it at Costco. Or even REI, 'cause they will take stuff back even if you don't have the tag or the receipt and wore it to Alaska a year ago while getting a snow mobile stuck in 6 feet of snow every 10 minutes! (I was going to say every 5 mintues but Cliff is watching me type. So I'll be nice and say 10.) :)
REI sells sewing machines? oh man, if i'd only known... and by the way, don't fret because it was still under warranty and so it was completely FREE! the timing belt had to be replace along with some other stuff, but it's back home now, doing well, and sewing some fabulous things to be revealed later... at Christmas, of course!
